Brent's story

Brent Hardy recognised the need to boost the reading, writing and digital skills of his workforce in preparation for introducing new online work systems. He applied for a 26Ten grant, organised training and supported employees to learn in the workplace.

"Some of the guys weren't super keen to use iPads ... but when they saw how it was going to make their jobs easier, and that it wasn't as hard as what they thought it might be, they were pretty keen to learn some new skills."
