How does an Adult Literacy Trainer lift productivity and wellbeing in a workplace?
Trainers work with employers to understand the needs of the organisation and how best to tailor training to these needs, and the needs of employees. When employees build their skills, they build their confidence and ability to contribute at work.
The organisation benefits with improvements in efficiency, safety and the ability to introduce new technology or work procedures.

Contact 26Ten to introduce you to trainers from our register. You can employ them with your own training budget or apply for a 26Ten Workplace Grant.
A 26Ten Workplace Grant could fund a trainer to provide on-site training part-time for up to two years.
