Congratulations to 26TEN supporters Sonia Cook and Peter Carmichael who have won places at a workshop with the Plain English Foundation, to be held in early May.

Reasons to become a supporter

26TEN supporters are people who know we have a problem with adult literacy and who want to be counted as supporters of our program.  As a supporter you may be a literacy volunteer, or simply someone who has heard the statistics and wonders what you can do to help.
Most importantly you are one of the growing numbers of Tasmanians who supports the 26TEN Network's efforts to lift adult literacy and to get everyone communicating clearly.
As a supporter you get:

  • a supporter kit including your own copy of Communicate Clearly, our guide to using plain English
  • an invitation to attend a plain English or literacy awareness workshop (or both)
  • regular tips and updates on adult literacy.
