What is 26Ten Week?
26Ten Week is an annual campaign that runs each year in the week that includes 26 October. The campaign includes:
- a celebration of the success of adult learners, and the contribution of members, supporters, adult literacy volunteers and the literacy practitioner workforce
- a theme that highlights an aspect of 26Ten and adult literacy and numeracy that provides a focus for the celebration
- an opportunity to raise awareness via the media
- an opportunity to inspire those who need help to ask for it.
