Most of us write every day whether it’s emails for work, notes for family or social media posts. When you communicate clearly, you are more likely to gain the response you want. Plain English offers principles for making your writing more effective.
We have two 3.5-hour public plain English workshops scheduled in May. In these hands-on skills-based workshops you will cover what plain English is, and techniques and tips on how to write clearly. The workshops are practical and free, and you can work on your own documents. Join us at Devonport Library on 3 May or Hobart Library on 11 May. Places are limited so you will need to register soon!
