26TEN Tasmania: Tasmania's strategy for adult literacy and numeracy 2016-2025

26TEN Tasmania is a long-term strategy for all Tasmanians who want to live in a state where all adults have the reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills they need for life.

26TEN Action plan 2021-2023 (PDF)

The Action Plan, sets out the priorities for 26TEN from 2021-2023. It is the third Action Plan supporting 26TEN Tasmania: Tasmania's strategy for adult literacy and numeracy 2016-2025.

Adult Learning Strategy - skills for work and life 2020-2023

The Adult Learning Strategy outlines the Tasmanian Government's committment to adult learning and includes the priority to build on existing adult literacy and numeracy programs. This includes a new program called 26TEN Communities - Local literacy for work and life, that will see seven 26TEN Communities supported for longer with more resources and for a longer period of time.

It outlines what has been learned along the way, and discusses what needs to be implemented in the next five years of the Strategy.
